It looks like you have quite a few good sites here to choose from, but the Indie Film Hustle site always has Oscar contenders/nominees. They even have the most current scripts like Joker, The Lighthouse, Booksmart, and Hustlers. Here is the link if you're interested (FYI - some of the older screenplay links from past years are no longer active, but there are still a lot of live ones):
Dan M - True for sure. Break in specs are the holy grail when it comes to learning the art & craft, but they are way more difficult to find - but worthy of the hunt.

www.imsdb.com might also be useful!
Script slug and the script lab are pretty good.
The Script Lab has an amazing library and it's free to use!
You lookin' for spec or production scripts?
Simply scripts has a nice selection of well-known screenplays.
Thank you all for the suggestions. Doug Nelson I meant already produced scripts, award winning and so, for education use.
Production scripts are readily available at the above mentioned sites & others, True spec scripts are very scarce.
Also, IMSDB.com, but Script Lab's selection may be broader.
Hi Vasco, I have wide collection. I can share with you but how?
