I'm sending out well wishes to everyone in the Los Angeles region during this wild fire event. I hope you, your families, and associates are all safe during this crisis. I'm sitting here in Winnipeg, working on my screenplay with KTLA on my TV, but it's hard to concentrate on my writing when I'm also monitoring the LA fires. Thoughts and prayers to you all.

Sucks. A friend lost his house to the fires. Los Angeles economy was already bad, homelessness everywhere from downtown LA to Santa Monica pier.

Friend of mine lost a house too and I have the same worries. The economy was already bad. This may be the fatal blow.
