the Giant Killer Script Ch 2 Pg 6 review

Page 6 - Five Panels

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-One)

EXT. VALLEY ROAD - DAY. Garerit, having parted ways with Prince Kyduan and the soldiers, is now riding alone through a lush, green valley. The surrounding hills rise in the distance, and wildflowers dot the landscape. But there's an unease in the air-an unnatural stillness. Garerit looks ahead, his expression cautious, as if he senses something is amiss.

SB (Garerit - Inner Thought): It's too quiet... the valley should be alive with the sound of animals. Where are they?

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-Two)

EXT. VALLEY FIELD - DAY. Garerit's stops at the edge of a small clearing. In the distance, the remains of several cattle lie scattered across the field, their bodies torn apart. The devastation is clear, and the tracks leading from the site are enormous footprints that could only belong to a giant.

SB (Garerit - Inner Thought): This... this wasn't just some wild animal. It's a giant's doing. I've got to be careful.

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-Three)

EXT. VALLEY RIDGE - DAY. Suddenly, from behind a large rock formation, a massive shape emerges. It's a two-headed giant, each head bickering with the other. One head is snarling and chewing a piece of livestock, while the other grumbles angrily at the first for being too greedy.

SB (Giant-Head 1): I told you, we're supposed to leave some for the others!

SB (Giant-Head 2): Ah, quit yer whining. They won't miss one or two!

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-Four)

EXT. VALLEY ROAD - DAY. Garerit's eyes widen as the giant steps into view. He's not just large— he's intimidating, with thick muscles and jagged scars marking his skin. He towers over the landscape, but the bickering heads seem to distract him. Garerit quickly runs and hides, crouching behind a boulder to stay hidden.

SB (Garerit - Inner Thought): A two-headed giant... and he's been feeding on the livestock. This isn't just a rogue - he's part of something bigger.

SB (Giant-Head 1): I'm bored, let's go wreck some villages!

SB (Giant-Head 2): Not yet! We still have our meal to finish!

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-Five)

The giant lumbers forward, one massive hand gripping a wooden cage filled with squawking chickens, feathers flying everywhere. Under his other arm, he cradles two squealing pigs, their little hooves kicking wildly. Thick ropes loop around his massive wrist, leading a few panicked cows, their eyes wide as they try to resist being dragged along.

Sound Effects: BAWK BAWK BAWK! (Chickens) OINK OINK! (Pigs) MOOO?! (Cows)

(Ch2 Pg6 Panel-Six)

EXT. VALLEY CLEARING - DAY. The giant takes another massive step forward, unaware of Garerit's presence. Garerit stands tall, his hands steady as he prepares to confront the giant. His expression is determined but cautious, knowing he'll need to outsmart this brute to survive.

SB (Garerit - Inner Thought): I can't take him head-on... but I can outwit him.

SB (Garerit): Hey! You! Over here!

SB (Giant-Head 1): Huh? What's that?

SB (Giant-Head 2): Some fool wants to die, it seems.

This is my new favorite page, Gregory Barone. I like how it starts with some suspense, then the reveal: a two-headed giant! Can't wait to see how Garerit outwits the giant!

Hey, Gregory Barone. I've never written a comic, I'm working on projects, and I have projects and jobs lined up. Thanks for the offer though. You could make a post on the Job Board (www.stage32.com/find-jobs).
