Michael Mahoney

Michael Mahoney is a multi-optioned screenwriter with several projects currently being shopped for financing and distribution after being optioned by producers. His projects have been shopped by Energy Entertainment and he was repped by Bohemia Group until his manager recently retired during the writer's strike (hint: looking for new management!).

His screenplays and TV pilots have also consistently placed in Hollywood’s most prominent screenwriting competitions including the Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, PAGE International Screenwriting Awards and BlueCat Screenplay Competition. Michael's pilot CHANNELING ERIK has consistently placed as one of the highest rated TV pilots on Blacklist.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received his screenwriting education through the UCLA Professional Program. He is also a ProSeries Alumnist from ScreenwritingU.
