That's a pretty good list for students filming inside their educational establishment. What it lacks is any reference to health and safety. Get a first aid kit, fire extinguisher (or a fire blanket), and other things depending on the scope of your production. Also, if you have any budget at all, it might be a good idea to give some consideration to equipment (mics, lenses, etc.)
