Click on your name top right of the screen for a drop down menu then click notifications. Not sure what the other two are on.

Must be different for the iPhone app, not giving it as a option in my menu
Also, in the middle/top right of every post/thread that you comment on there is "Stop notifications." Just click on it to stop notifications for that specific thread...

This is all its offering in my menu on my iPhone . Might have to keep logging, in-out
Tony, on the web site, every post subject/thread is in its own box with a thin gray outline around it. Towards the top/right inside every post/thread box is either "Stop Notifications" or "Get Notifications," both in blue type with a little flag graphic. Which one depends on whether or not you are participating in that thread. Anyway, you just click on it. It looks the same on my phone... so, I have no idea what's going on with yours. Perhaps send an inquiry to the Stage 32 CTO, Derrick Ontiveros.
