So does the LA Comedy Festival, Screenplay Festival, the International Screenwriters Association, and Scriptapalooza.
Filmmatic's Contest (I'm a part of it) has a separate comedy category (www.screenplayawards.org)
Think Nashville Film fests screenplay comp has a Comedy category in both Features and Shorts... Though I think it's now closed for 2016.
