I'm a writer / producer / director in the Bay Area seeking representation, to develop my network and find potential co-production partners in both LA and SF. Just wondering how best to approach my social media contacts? I have over 2500 LinkedIn connections and hoping to grow my network here on Stage32 and other platforms. Has anyone had any luck sending queries this way to agents, managers or producers? Or, is this something that is typically frowned upon? Just wondering what has worked for others and ideas or suggestions in this arena.
