I have worked outdoors for the last thirty years; mending walls, fixing roofs and and cutting wood. I don't have a Facebook page or Twitter account. The younger students at my university are always tapping at their iPhones, on Facebook and Twitter, but I've never got around to asking them what they are doing and why. At Stage 32 I keep getting requests to network with some very interesting and skilled people. I'm trying to be polite by accepting some requests, but I'm not sure what it means.
What is this networking? Why do you do it?
