Anything Goes : Travel Show treatment by Anthony Gonzalez

I have an opportunity to create a Travel Show and I need to know how to write a treatment and anything else needed to pitch this. I am more of a screenwriter and this is not my usual gig. Any and all help would be appreciated, thanks so much.
