My best suggestions would be: post in the animation lounge (https://www.stage32.com/lounge/animation), post a job listing (https://www.stage32.com/find-jobs), or search for animators on the site (https://www.stage32.com/people?name=&location=&roles=Animator). You may want to be prepared with what kind of animation style you're aiming for, though. Do you have any film comparisons?
