Funny how they exclude international films from all of it. One rule for America and another for the rest of the world? Why does it always seem like that is what is expected for Americans to accept? I don't think the Academy should be making hiring decisions for every movie company especially when their ratings are at an all time low. Entertainers should entertain and leave politics to politicians.
