I am new to screenwriting. I have finished my second screenplay. The log line is "A tense historical/drama is inspired by the true story of a play-it-safe social worker, Irena Sendler, who put her life on the line to save children from certain death in occupied Poland." I am interested in true stories of courage and would like to find people who have a similar interest.
Sounds interesting, Barry. My two cents on a revised logline: A play-it-safe social worker puts her life on the line to save children from certain death in Nazi-occupied Poland (based on a true story).
