I'm looking to sell the rights to my narrative nonfiction books BATH MASSACRE and SWASTIKA NATION, which are about a mass school killing and American Nazis respectively. Both are true history stories with remarkable relevance for today. I previously sold rights to SWASTIKA NATION but the option lapsed. Any advice or suggestions on turning the dream into reality?
