Research on Reboots and Urban culture resurgence in films

Research shows that superhero movies and the sci fi demographic are chomping at the bit for an urban hero, a more relatable hero. Reboots so far this year have made great profits, i.e.

"Dolemite Is My Name"... Gained 2 Golden Globe nominations, and was VERY profitable. No one on the staff made less than $100,000.

"Candyman (2021)"... projected to be the #1 Horror Movie in America upon release and given a multi million dollar budget. Last Candyman film were from the early 90's

"Blade [Marvel]"... a highly anticipated film from the late 90's now apart of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and a headliner for "Phase 5"

With more films and reboots revolving around urban culture and 90's ideas movies like "New Jack City, Set It Off & Ghostbusters are seeing full scale reboots and have been offered max budgets. Shows like "Good Times" are coming to Netflix as a new animated series. The "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" has been greenlit for 2 seasons on Peacock already...

We need to strike. The average person is interested in the URBAN dynamic. BLM itself is over 2 million people strong and that by itself could run us a profit of half a million dollars in the next 2 and a half years. All these numbers are of public knowledge and record.

I've got $10,000 of my own money. If you can pass this along to anyone interested. I will pay you for a meeting. The opportunity and facts are right in front of us. Let's grab them before someone else does.

A lot of right-wing people have come to complain (and troll) in Stage 32 for this exact reason.

Progressive stories that inspire hope and tolerance and empathy in general have always been the status quo in great films. Schindler's List, Dances with Wolves, Munich, Citizen Kane, Watermelon Man, In the Heat of the Night, etc.

Cinema needs more films like these to enlighten minds and deter hate. It's simply keywords such as Progressive or BLM or MeToo or Equality or such that trigger conceded judgement nowadays. Even after alt-right trolls attacked Black Panther's Rotten Tomatoes, Box Office results proved that people were more open-minded than the right assumed. I'm seeing Candyman opening weekend for sure.

I see people as numbers/ticket sales. BLM, Me Too, Alphabets Community, Left Wing, Right Wing, Hot Wing got dammit. IDGAD. I want to write and create films. The industry wants what it wants and reboots are in just as much as any other film. If 1,000,000 people support my work or my teams work. Thats all that matters. IDC what they follow in life.

I find police academy is due for a reboot. It can bring a lot of current situation to life with some bar humour. A lot of great actors to play our old favourite characters for some reason I look at the Dwayne Johnson and Kevin heart to be lead roles
