I have a 26-episode true crime series that is completely produced. It aired on the True Crime Network and was a hit there. It was their #3 rated show, just behind Dateline. I have not been able to get any further distribution other than a sale to Super Channel in Canada.
What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any tips or advice that could be helpful?

Do you know what kind of distribution deal you made with TCN? It's possible that the deal points you agreed to are prohibiting other distributors to bite. That and timing are critical for distribution. If it's an old project that has already been aired by a competitor it's not as desirable from my understanding as something new and fresh that can give a platform a competitive edge. What's the name of the series?

Well done on the show! Lauren is correct that you should make sure there is nothing in the current agreements which may impede any other sales. But if there isn’t you can see what companies are picking up similar titles and go to them or find a sales agent that deals in similar content internationally.
No, there is nothing in my agreement with TCN that would prohibit sales to network. TCN's rights are very limited, only exclusive for digital multicast. I have a distributor on board, they just haven't been able to make a single sale internationally.
