Introduce myself again

Hope I'm not overdoing it, but it was mentioned ok to repeat Introduce yourself! My name is Jed Power. I am the author of the 8-book Dan Marlowe/Hampton

Beach, NH mystery Series. I have a completed screenplay adapting the first book in this Series, “The Boss of Hampton Beach,” into a one-hour Pilot, which could easily be converted to a Feature. I have a completed Show Bible explaining in detail this proposed TV Series. I also have a completed 1/2 hour dramedy pilot based on two characters from my book Series. Eddie Hoar & Derwood Doller are two bumbling, low-life, small-time beach hustlers This can easily be adapted into a Feature.

I have been a long-time, Active member of the “Mystery Writers of America.’

I have another published novel, “The Combat Zone,.” Which is the first book in a planned series about a P.I.whose office is in early 1970’s Hippie-era Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA. On this, his first case, he spends an unhealthy amount of time in Boston’s notorious red-light district, known as the Combat Zone. This book was a finalist for the Saint Martin’s Press/ Private

Eye Writers of America “Best First P.I. Novel” Award.
After suffering a massive stroke, which left me totally paralyzed on one -side, I was able to finish book #8 in the series, “Hampton Beach Heist,” by pecking away at the keyboard with one-finger. I also took the recuperation time to study the art of screen writing and to work on scripts. After three years of physical therapy ,I am now 75% back to my pre-stroke self. I also have a completed 1/2 hour Dramedy TV pilot concerning my stroke journey.

I am now looking for an Agent, Manager or Producer to come on board with any of these projects. All are available on request. jedpower@verizon.net
