Final Hours! Upcoming Screenwriting Lab: Develop And Outline Your Science-Fiction Feature Film Script In 8 Weeks

Stage 32 is excited to welcome David back for his upcoming lab!

During this intensive and interactive 8-week lab, you will work in a virtual classroom setting and in one-on-one Zooms with David as he guides you through developing, structuring and writing your own sci-fi feature film screenplay outline. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a literary manager who knows how to develop world-class commercial stories that streamers and studios are looking for. You will work closely with David on drafting the right concept, building engaging character descriptions and ultimately writing your screenplay's professional outline.

You'll walk away from this 8-week lab with a professional grade outline for your sci-fi feature film that has vetted by an industry professional.

Just to clarify: are we to work on our loglines and write a one-page summary for next week? Or should we focus on delivering the one-pager?

David Chien

We're going to go over briefly the act structure via the handout and go over the one-pager but I'm also happy to review loglines again. Make sure to have your one-pager rough draft ready to be discussed so we have something to dive into collectively together.

I'm planning to use my screenplay, When MYRA Met SAM for this course. You can see the logline and synopsis on Stage 32 at https://www.stage32.com/profile/1053632/Screenplay/When-MYRA-Met-SAM
