Hi, Kiara P Oxley. Here are two great blogs for up-and-coming screenwriters:

Another way to improve your writing is reading scripts. Here are some websites where you can download scripts: www.nyfa.edu/student-resources/10-great-websites-download-movie-scripts/

I suggest checking out Stage 32's webinars to improve your writing (www.stage32.com/education?search=screenwriting#screenwriting).

You must read screenplays. People say they have learnt from books. Which is (in my opinion) the way to learn a facsimile of writing.

When you read screenplays you learn the next step.

The first step may be format.

The following step may be action or dialogue.

Then perhaps story structure and themes.

Read the screenplays of your favourite films. Read them while watching.

Studying the art, you’ll find your own way forward.
