Anything Goes : Looking for films by Kevin Hager

I have been trying to find these movies. I don't know their names, but I remember a few things about them.

1. One was a horror movie, a man was possessed by a demon and his brother a priest tried to do an exorcist, one scene had a ghost trick them into letting it in and in the end an African American priest did an exorcism by pulling out the demon with an angel. But then 3 demons in where watching.

2. A movie where a wife and being stalked and she and her husband thought it was the woman's ex, but in the end, they discovered the stalker was the ex's wife who posed as an attorney and killed a woman she thought he was seeing.

3. One where a woman's daughter made a new friend who got her into trouble, but then it was revealed the girl was a ghost, the spirit of her half-sister, her mother's daughter that she put up for adoption who died and was looking for revenge. But then let go of her anger and crossed over.

4. Another about a teacher who took a group of teenage students on a camping field trip and another teacher was chaperone and some funny stuff, the chaperone teachers were separated but the students became better people and came out of their shells. The two teachers became a couple. I think it was on the Disney channel.

I don't remember their names, just the bits and pieces, does anyone know what films I am talking about.
