Hello again :) been a while. I've been setting up the means to make my production company an LLC. I have run into a few really good websites that I believe answered many of my questions http://www.gcglaw.com/resources/entertainment/film_business.html being one. I had some questions for you. I'm looking to LLC and am fundraising to acquire equipment and funds the secure my business. I will be doing it through Indiegogo but I was wondering if there were suggestions on what I need to do than what the internet has provided me. Your input would be much appreciated.
