I haven't checked my bio in a while, but when I looked at it today, I noticed that its missing. Did this happen to anyone else? Any idea if this is just a glitch or do I have to fill everything out again?
Experienced the same thing a couple days ago that effected the bio section of my profile, I reentered an abbreviated version as what I see the upgrades accommodates for the rest of the info. in different and more appropriate categories. I'm awaiting to see the upgrades initiate fully, as these necessary procedures are expected.
I've been in contact with support. They wanted me to delete cookies and cache, it didn't work for me, but maybe it will work for someone else. I'm waiting to hear back from them with their latest suggestions.
I heard back from Stage 32 support: "That's due to changes that are pending with the data that has been imported. The layout of your Stage 32 profile will change as data from Coverfly is added to your profile in the coming days."
Hopefully this fixes it. I'd also watch out for hackers. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence and I was the only one targeted or if someone is trying to hack several accounts on here, but I looked at my bio yesterday and while "my" bio was showing up, it was a spam link. I deleted it after changing all my credentials and now the same problem with the bio appearing for a second or two before disappearing- is back. I just wanted to warn you all :)
Thanks for the link Suzanne Bronson :) It does explain it. It doesn't fix it, especially since the only bio they have for me to restore, is the spam one. But at least I know that once I redo my profile, it should stay that way.
Hey Maurice Vaughan, I saw that some people were trying to contact them also, and I don't why everyone's bios just vanished, it's weird that an update of some sorts would do that, but I'm surprised support didn't email me back about how their still working on that
Support gets a lot of emails, Paul Antonucci. You might not hear back right away, but they're responding to members as fast as they can. And sorry. I deleted my other comment and wrote a new one.

Just entered the lounge to ask why my name isn't updating.
I quickly set up the account and changed and location afterwards but it's not updating, neither on app nor desktop.
I see the updated version for a sec on desktop when it's loading then it switches to old name. Location is updated on desktop but not on the app.
I deleted cache and also redownloaded the app but it's not working.
Maybe someone can help, otherwise I will try to make a new account again.
Thanks if anyone can help and that it gets fixed soon, cause I'm hyped to post and add more to my profile
