I am SO angry at IMDbPro. I have been a subscriber for years. A few weeks ago, I couldn't get access and figured that maybe my billing didn't automatically renew. It took several emails to their customer service department before I learned that they indeed DO have my money. They told me they are aware of a password issue. I cannot get on with my current password nor can a new one be set. They said they have no idea when it will be corrected. But they have my money. I wrote again and asked if I would be given an extension of my subscription and there has been no answer. I'm absolutely appalled by the shoddy treatment. Has anyone else experienced an issue? I don't know what to do to get anyone's attention anymore.
