I am writing my 2nd book on fight choreography and wanted to ask what do you think makes a great fight sequence?

I do not like too much of the jittery hand held camera work because it takes away from the performance of the action when done too much. I feel they are creating an artifical emotion when it is done. I understand you have to do it when an actor cannot do the action sequence that is asked and you get very tight or shake the camer to hide the fact they are not doing it well, but when you do it to actors who can perform action well on film, it's just takingaway from the performance.
