Dreams are unlike reality, yet we are obsessed with making one into the other. Dreams are vague, warm, mysterious, often physically impossible, and motivated by desire or fear, whereas reality is precise, cold, logical, subject to very specific laws and rules, and frequently motivated by need or greed. So how do you turn a dream into reality? In short, you don't. In the long, you devise and implement a plan (designed, improvised or a combination of both) and adjust according to information, situations and developments. Even though you won't achieve precisely what you hoped to, you'll be a lot closer than you would otherwise have been, had you left it a dream. Success is measured by how close your created reality is, to the outcome of the dream.
I find it EXTREMELY ironic that your "dream" post was quickly followed by an appeal for a change in "gun use culture."
dreams can't always become reality, no matter what you do.
