Anything Goes : What are Certain exspenses in a film budget. by Daniel Mooney

Hello all! I downloaded a sample film budget you can see right here http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0010/8802/files/DIGITAL__NO_BUDGET__FEA... BTW It's a download, excel. There a few things on it that I am not sure what they mean What is meant by "story and script" what sort of fees would they require? If I wrote it myself, then what other costs could there be? It lists "production insurance" but then lists just "Insurance" any idea what that could mean? Would it be worth paying to copyright the script of a short film? What sort of legal fees would they be talking and how much? Thanks!
