What benefits does the Panasonic GH4 has? Has someone here used it before?

its not out yet, but i do have mine on pre order:) i should be getting it at the end of April. The potential great things about it are its price and ability to shoot 4k. The only other camera close in price I'm the BMC4k which starts at $3,000
I love the GH series. My hacked GH1 is I fine tool that I've used on a lot of projects but it had a few issues. I've had the GH3 for 4 months and love it. Looking forward to getting my hands on the GH4.
Did you notice that they do not boast of the CMOS? Do you know why? Marketing. It is infact shooting in a quasi 4k state, however what is it being saved into? A single CMOS Chip that is splitting it's info divided by 3 in a 1/3 chip? Is it shooting in 4:2:2 or 4:2:0 Monitor-through 4:2:2 8-bit / 4:2:2 10-bit (When 4:2:2 10-bit mode is selected,*** it is not possible to record motion picture or still picture on the SD memory card in the camera unit.) / information display ON/OFF (selectable) / Automatic down-conversion (4K → 1080p only) Whats next a gazillion MPixels... It only has a 2.0 USB (yawn)
