Anything Goes : Paperwork by Nadine Kramarz

I recently shot a short film and found a local musician who has agreed via email to allow me to use her music in my film. Now I had all my actors sign releases for the film, but what kind of paperwork do I need to get the musician to sign? Or is it ok just to use her email of acquiescence to protect my film?
