Anything Goes : Passion People by Daniel Fahey

I'm just a small fish in this enormous industry, but after being in a few films and a few stage productions over the years, I can't stress enough how important it is to be passionate and committed to your line of work. From your passion others become excited and that ignites a spark in those around you, and when you are surrounded by a team of like minded passionate people, that's when quality will really flourish in your work. Oh and I'm not dismissing education and experience as they are usually vital too.
