I am an Edward Albee Fellow, Hawthornden Fellow, and Millay Arts Fellow who writes screenplays, novels, and short stories. I wrote and directed the feature film, Homer and Penelope, as well as the documentary series, Keeping the Lights On. My debut children's novel, Paper Birds and Other Flying Objects, was published in 2021, and my short story collection, Fo(u)nd Memories, comes out in June 2022.
My writing has appeared in York Literary Review, Atlas and Alice, Blunderbuss Magazine, Obra/Artifact, Pea River Journal, The Adirondack Review, Fantastic Floridas, Highlights Hello, Highlights High Five, and elsewhere.
I have taught film and filmmaking at Children's Museum of the Arts and Museum of the Moving Image in New York City.
