About Taofeek
TBaze is a Afrobeats/AfroFusion artist, born and raised in Osun state, and later moved to the United Kingdom. He began his musical journey with “Carry You” in 2017, gaining attention on platforms including BBC Introducing. TBaze’s music is referred to as feel-good music, giving audience a fusion of melodic vocals marinated in groovy beats and rhythms. TBaze’s international sound is evident in his collaboration with artists including Ortzy, Grammy Nominated Spanish duo 'Alkilados', Javvi Elias, DF Xclusive and many more. His debut E.P “Alubarika (Blessings)”, released in 2021 landed TBaze on platforms including MTV Base Africa while the title song “Alubarika” was crown finalist in the John Lennon Inspired ‘International song for Kindness’ competition, taking TBaze to perform at the Cavern Club (Home of the Beetles). According to TBaze, music is energy and he is super excited to collaborate, release more music and connect more with his listeners.
