I began my professional life as a reporter and journalist for Jamaica Daily Gleaner, Jamaica, WI, before moving to UK where I worked for BBC World Service Caribbean Magazine Programme, as researcher and presenter. I've made several documentaries series programming for Radio Four Women's Hour. Later, I worked for Channel Four Television Current Affairs show: "The Friday Alternative" as researcher, writer, and director during which I made 10 hours of television current affairs programming.
I became an independent producer/director when the Friday Alternative ended. Since when I've produced and directed broadcast documentaries such as: Skin 'n' Coal, and the African History of Sport x 2parts.
I have written several dramedy, drama and horror scripts; and recently shot nearly 100 minutes of sports history footage for a 10 part television series about the African history of sport.
