So pitching is easy. You know your script is The script to put Hollywood on the map and save the film industry for ever more. The hard part is getting someone to listen to your pitch that doesn't hate you for intruding on him/her/them.
So how do you get a producer to listen to you? Kidnapping, duct taping to a chair and forcing one to listen to your pitch is one technique. Sure the badda bing, badda boom kinda thing works, but can be pricey. Anyway, Stage 32 does the badda whatever it takes, for a pittance compared to what the badda guys and you've got a producer hog-tied to a monitor, bound and gagged for 5 minutes to listen to you pitch. Even if it sucks, he/she/they are bound (not just with duct tape, but by contract) to offer suggestions and constructive criticism. It's about $35 bucks for 5 minutes of someone's time, who likely wouldn't cross the street to spit in your eye. Badda boom, on the other hand, costs more and might land you in jail... or sleeping with the fishes.
