About Alex

I am a screenwriter and director in Altadena, CA, USA. I am also a poet, painter and marketer. I received my MFA in Creative Writing (Poetry) from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and have served as Creative Director at many TV networks, including Fox, Fox Sports, NBCU (G4), Discovery and ABC. I also ran my own creative agency, Slang Media Lab, for five years.

I wrote the pilot for SISTER DEATHWISH, and wrote and co-directed the pilot for RUMPUS ROOM, a comedy starring sock puppets.

I am currently working on:
1. A fantasy feature, THE RISE OF THE MOON DOGS (written)
2. A comedy pilot set in Ancient Rome, THE STOIC (written)
3. An action feature, HEIST IN HEAVEN (writing)
