Jason Seth Estes

I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio. I am a writer, director, actor, and editor. I am best known for my role in 'The Lost Voyager' (2021) as Edwin Craven. The same film that won me the 'Best Editor' award from the 2021 Teen Film Challenge.

I started my filmmaking career at the age of 14 when I made a documentary about his 8th grade trip to Washington DC with my school titled 'Griffins In DC : A Middle School Trip Documentary' (2019). Ever since then I have been apart of making multiple short films with friends that he have met along the way.

I also have mild cerebral palsy. Restricting me from achieving some things and life and making other obstacles more difficult than usual. But I have always turned to films to help me overcome some obstacles, they would help me feel important and less alone in life. One day, I hope to be able to do the same for kids who may be growing up like how I did.
