About Derek

I've worked as a videographer/visual storyteller in the corporate world for my entire career.

My true passion lies in screenwriting. I've co-written an anthology which is currently hitting the festival circuit. Working on my first feature length screenplay presently. I've reached a time in my life where I hope to develop the skills needed to bring my stories to life.

I'm a big fan of Horror, Action, Fantasy, Thrillers, and Westerns.

I'm also a musician. I'm a vocalist and trumpet player for a local Halloween entertainment band I founded called, "The Graveyard Stompers". Writing and performing original music is a huge thrill.
