Carol Abder

Background Career have been working in programme and project management for over twenty years. I have worked mainly on transformational projects in the Trinidad and Tobago Public Service from education to public sector transformation. As part of my Human Resource Management Transformation programme in the Ministry of Public Administration, my team and I developed a video, outlining a new HR Process which we developed for the ministries. We used mainly employees of the ministry as the actors. The whole production of the video sparked my interest in film making and the use of drama to educate people.
