Angela Murray has known she wanted to be a writer from the moment she penned her first short story on the wall of her bedroom at 6. While it wasn’t well received, she knew every author has their share of critics. Since that time she’s experimented with many career options in an attempt to pay the bills and stay in the “society box”. She’s been a horse trainer, worked on cruise ships, a dancer, a medical coder, a nurse, an editor… she even once performed in the circus. These days she’s stepped outside the lines and has learned to be content with her true calling. (Truth be told, she probably never fit in that little box, anyway.) She uses her life experiences to add depth and reality to her writing and vows to never step inside those lines again.
Angela has ghostwritten and edited more than 20 bestselling novels and has over 10 years of experience in the publishing world as a literary agent assistant and editor for Urano Publishing. She currently lives in Wisconsin where she serves as co-president of the Wisconsin Chapter of Sisters in Crime, but her heart will always be in Maine.
