About Thomas

Thomas Burke is an award-winning filmmaker and actor based out of Austin, Texas. Early in his career, he received his B.B.A. in Digital Media Management from St. Edward's University in 2013. Upon graduating, he joined an apprenticeship with the Austin Film Festival - where he worked as an assistant editor for 'ON STORY' - AFF's two-time Lone Star Emmy award winning series. Since that time Thomas has gone on to produce and direct his own narrative films, including "THE MAKING OF THE LOST SON" (2015), "LOST LUGGAGE" (2016) "CAMPING FUN" (2020), "SHC: FREAK ACCIDENT" (2022) and "THE BARBADOS PROJECT" (2022).

After working in various production roles, Thomas continued to pursue acting and starred in his first narrative feature film, 'ALONE IN THE AFTER' in 2023. He has since contributed editorial, voice and acting work on dozens of independent films. Today, he is the editor at POV Horror (SVOD) as well as active content manger at Found Footage Critic- the world's largest database for found footage films, reviews and more.
