About J.R
Born to a small family with no background in the film industry, I became enthralled with the filmmaking experience back in high school when I took my very first video production class and then took film history class to understand the origins. It inspired me to attend college to earn a degree in Communication Arts and pursue my passion for the Creative Arts, specifically as a screenwriter, cinematographer, and maybe one day, a director. My favorite genre to write for is fantasy, mainly because my favorite films of all time is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I also like to create original TV pilots with inspirations from other successful fantasy features/TV shows.
