Older brother Robby sees his younger brother James beginning to hang out with a bad crowd. James is too inexperienced to realize how bad they actually are. Robby tries all he can to rescue James from them before things get dangerously out of hand. Robby winds up enlisting the help of a tough, capable female S.W.A.T. team member who agrees to help Robby go after the gang when things begin to spiral out of control
