About Jeff

I’m a film composer based out of Minneapolis, MN. My scores use heavy electronics achieved through synthesis and sound design, combined with treated samples and acoustic/traditional instrumentation for moving effect. I aim to score things with deep dramatic feel, as I put a lot of energy and emotion into my scores. My core focus is in the thriller/horror genre, however I have scored in most genres.

Unique traits: Synthesis, sound design, and sampling are cornerstones to my work. I utilize a variety of vintage and modular synthesizers to achieve a large palate of sounds for dramatic effect.
