Tanya Lynn Lovecraft was born and raised in Wisconsin. With a bachelor's degree in Project Management from CSU Global, Tanya is great at both organization and people wrangling. She discovered her love for film by participating in the Wisconsin area 48-Hour Film Festival. When invited by a colleague to join a team, she found she truly loved the work, and started making films whenever she could.
She has many years of experience in make-up and project management in an array of entertainment related projects, and has recently started working in post-production as an editor. She is also starting her own production company, Lovecraft Productions, to create independent media with strong women and members of the LGBT community (coming soon).
Tanya has been a part of multiple award-winning films, including Reasonable Doubt, which screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2024. She served as 1st Assistant Director and Editor on The Tie That Binds, Reasonable Doubt, and The Key, all produced for the 48-Hour Film Festival.
When she's not making films, she's spending time with her wife and their five cats, gardening, and cross-stitching.
