I'm an experienced filmmaker with a proven track record of success in the film industry. I am a lead producer who has produced four seasons of Quest for Craft, a YouTube-distributed show for Questlove, six short films for Netflix over the past two years, as well as have my latest short, “Ovals: I Don’t Want to Love Myself” distributed by Issa Rae. I have worked with big brands and studios, solving unique deliverables in different markets. I am a consummate media and communication professional who is a teamwork-oriented leader and graduated from the City University of New York. I am passionate about teaching young filmmakers and has mentored cinematography, production, and branded content to young artists in NY and LA for the past seven years. My goal is to create stories that make audiences feel seen and understood by exploring the emotional arcs and journeys of the characters and helping people of color understand their culture and heritage and to find strength and understanding through it.
