Hi everyone! My name is Milla Nguyen. I am a screenwriter and director based in Los Angeles. I graduated from Arizona State University and earned my Bachelor's degree in film & media production directing. Currently, I am an MFA screenwriting candidate at Loyola Marymount University. Over the years, I founded my first non profit organization (called Culture Talk) with my colleague during the COVID-19 pandemic where we trained over 38+ international students on content creation in order to combat misinformation. The goal was to keep students engaged when schools shut down. We hosted our podcast, a blog, social media, etc. in order to cover important cultural topics of various communities. I served as Chief magazine editor for 3 years. At the same time, I am a fashion designer, entrepreneur, and graphic designer all while writing my feature & television scripts. My go-to genres are family dramas and coming of age stories. Looking forward to networking with you all. Feel free to follow me on instagram, I am active there the most.
