The Atlanta Journal Constitution said my book, "Zenith Man: Death, Love, and Redemption in a Georgia Courtroom" (Citadel, Hardcover, 2024), "begs for a six-part Netflix series."
It is the true story of my representation of Alvin Ridley, a man we did not know at the time was neurodivergent. The state was using his autistic mannerisms against him at trial. We had to find a way to work together, and ultimately did, on Alvin's terms. My book was blurbed by Jon Meacham, Rory Kennedy, and Jonathan Karl, and was a 2024 finalist for CrimeCon's "Book of the Year."
