ILIYAS DAUDI — IMDb nm15078873, born 29.01.1967. The soldier of the Soviet-Afghan War (1979-1989), Hero of Russia, novelist, essayist, publicist. The author of the novels «In the Circle of Kunduz», «We will all return!», «Not by the front corridor», «The Zugzwang of Ober Lieutenant Bruno Thevs», «The Great Game in Afghanistan» and others. «ZUGZWANG OF OBER LIEUTENANT BRUNO THEVS» Budget: $10M - $30M | War ⋄ Drama This story is about Afghan war and peace, happiness and tragedies, strong friendship and a return to the roots.The main character is a Russian German, Bruno Thevs, he is an officer of the special operations forces of the KSK Bundeswehr (FRG), the son of a Soviet soldier who died in 1986 in Afghanistan. The desire to get even for the death of his father directs Bruno, who was taken away from the USSR for permanent residence in Germany in 1989 to participate in the military operation of the NATO forces (ISAF) "Enduring Freedom" in the 2010s. PLOT A sunny day, a young girl in a summer dress runs up the steps to the entrance to the building of the All-Russian University of Cinematography VGIK. Inside the building, the girl stops for a moment at a stand with portraits of the military, then goes on to the Dance Hall.
