Ness Alejandro

I am an author and chef from Venezuela who has lived and worked in Dubai and Miami. My culinary career and travels have allowed me to experience diverse cultures and connect with many people, but it was upon returning to Caracas during the pandemic that I decided to share my personal and spiritual experiences.

My book explores transformative encounters, reflecting how the extraordinary often reveals itself in the simplest moments and through the most unassuming individuals. These stories are inspired by my connection with figures like Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, a symbol of healing for many Venezuelans and a comforting presence in my life.
