About Antonio
Hey there! I am an independent filmmaker with nearly two decades of experience, co-founding the indie film collective Swamp Media Group. I directed, co-wrote, and executive produced the multiple award-winning indie feature film SPACE DETECTIVE, which garnered accolades at several film festivals. My current short film, @livingb3n, has begun its successful festival run, winning Ultimate Horror Short at the 2024 CARE Film Awards last November. I most recently competed in Las Vegas’ 48-Hour Film Project with DEAD LISTING, for which I was nominated for best director. I am a graduate of UNLV Film and a recipient of a 2025 Nevada Arts Grant for my new short GIN, currently in post-production.
I am also an accomplished writer, having started my career at Las Vegas Weekly and the Nightlife Column Digital Tony. I am a SAG-eligible actor, performing in multiple Las Vegas productions and on Discovery TV’s Ghost Adventures. I am fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, with 20 years of experience with Photoshop and Premiere Pro, including a focus on VFX and After Effects. My role as an independent film director and producer showcases my ability to manage complicated projects, performers, and artisans and has prepared me to adapt to any production situation. I’ve also had to manage Swamp Media Group’s social media as my small films have navigated film festivals and releases.
I'm a well-rounded film director and producer with a unique vision for storytelling and the confidence to tackle any project. I’ve directed animation, live-action, virtual productions, commercials, and music videos. As I develop my next feature film, I aim to expand my portfolio into commercial and social media work in the coming year. I'm eager to continue our discussions with your studio and embark on exciting projects together.
