Ana Castro

I’m Ana Castro, born in northern Portugal and currently residing in Felgueiras. Since childhood, I spent entire afternoons creating stories, and in my teenage years, I found solace in writing and the romance novels I read.

At the age of 28, I released my first novel, Tão Longe – Um Amor Dourado, published by Saída de Emergência in September 2024. The book takes readers on an emotional journey between Portugal, Sintra, and Seoul, exploring themes such as love, friendship, anxiety, and the beauty standards imposed by society. Inspired by the K-pop universe, Tão Longe began as a fanfiction and quickly captivated readers passionate about intense and engaging narratives.

I have gained recognition as an inspiration to many young women. While naturally charismatic, I tend to be a bit shy at first. However, once I gain confidence and comfort, I become the life of the party – funny, energetic, and often a true "living meme." Additionally, I’m very talented, creative, and feel like I have an old soul.
